At this year’s Oracle CloudWorld, held at the Venetian Conference Center in Las Vegas, Sofya joins global technology leaders to showcase how artificial intelligence (AI) and cloud computing are transforming the patient care journey.
The event, taking place from September 9 to 12, will serve as a platform for Sofya to share its case study during the panel “AI Transforming the Way We Make a Positive Impact on People's Lives”. During the session, Sofya will reveal how it is enhancing the quality and standardization of services for clients like Conexa, the largest digital health ecosystem in Latin America.
The Sofya is developing an AI healthcare specialist that provides real-time transcription and analysis of patient visits to ease provider workloads. To support high-speed voice transcription and medical language model references, the company has integrated Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) for speech-to-text capabilities and AI infrastructure.
With Oracle Cloud's support, Sofya has overcome these challenges and scaled its operations, serving large-scale clients like Conexa, the largest digital health ecosystem in Latin America, based in Brazil, performing over 500,000 consultations monthly across countries like Argentina, Chile, Mexico, and Colombia.
